A Tasting Room on Madison Avenue

When we opened our doors on Madison Avenue in 2021, we made one decision early: New York would not be a copy of Paris. The recipes are the same — down to the gram — but the room itself was designed for the city it lives in.

Our New York atelier includes a six-seat tasting counter where guests can watch our pastry team laminate dough, build entremets, and finish bespoke cakes in real time. It is, in many ways, a return to how Maison Dorée began: a small counter, an open kitchen, and no separation between the craft and the guest.

Four thousand miles from our first counter, the standard has not moved an inch.
