A Parisian Atelier, Since 2011
Hand-laminated croissants, sculpted cakes, and bread fermented for eighteen hours — crafted daily in Paris and New York.
Our Philosophy
Every viennoiserie is laminated over 72 hours; nothing is rushed for volume.
Isigny butter, Valrhona chocolate, Tahitian vanilla, single-origin flours milled in small batches.
No shouting, no gimmicks. The product speaks first.
Most cakes are finished within hours of collection, never pre-plated and left to wait.
